The variety belongs to winter soft wheat. Genetically, it carries the dwarfing gene Rht-D1b, which is used by breeders to create short-statured and lodging-resistant plants. Research shows that this variety is not entirely homogeneous.
Under field conditions, the variety showed resistance to fungal diseases at the adult plant stage, although it may exhibit susceptibility in laboratory tests on seedlings. The variety is also mentioned in the context of evaluating Fusarium infection.
