The variety was bred using induced mutagenesis. The plant is medium-tall, possesses high resistance to lodging, shattering, and grain germination in the ear. It has high tolerance to soil and atmospheric drought, as well as the ability to form a stable yield under osmotic stress.

The variety is resistant to powdery mildew, root rots, leaf rust, Septoria leaf blotch, and Fusarium head blight; moderately resistant to common bunt and stem-boring pests. The grain has a test weight of 814 g/l, the crude protein content is 13.2–14.1%, and the crude gluten content is 24.8–28.6%. Flour strength reaches 280–320 a.u.
