The variety was created by backcrossing a Brazilian-bred variety with the "Yuna" variety and is a continuation of the "Batko" variety genotype. Plant height reaches 95 cm; the variety possesses medium winter hardiness and high heat tolerance.
The plant is immune to loose smut, resistant to brown, yellow, and stem rust, and also possesses field resistance to powdery mildew. At the same time, medium resistance to common bunt and medium susceptibility to Fusarium head blight are noted.
The variety is intended for cultivation in the North Caucasus region following good predecessors on high and medium agricultural backgrounds. The recommended seeding rate is 5 million viable seeds per 1 ha.
