The variety was obtained by crossing the Alidos and Jawa varieties. Plants have a height slightly below average and show low susceptibility to major wheat diseases.
The variety belongs to the group of quality B-class wheat and is also suitable for biscuit production. Genetically, the variety has been studied in the context of high molecular weight glutenin content, in particular the Glu A1-2 locus.
