The variety is a hulled crop, requiring a mandatory dehulling process after harvest. The productivity of the variety is evaluated as good; it is widely used in organic farming and as a parental form in the creation of einkorn breeding lines.

Flour from this variety is distinguished by a high protein content, amounting to about 16.5 g per 100 g of product, as well as an increased level of soluble pentosans and yellow pigments. Bread made from this flour is capable of retaining softness longer compared to some samples of soft wheat. The composition of the variety's gliadins lacks omega-gliadins.
