The variety is a winter form of einkorn wheat Triticum monococcum L. var. clusianum. The plant belongs to medium-height varieties, demonstrates pronounced resistance to fungal diseases, and surpasses other studied einkorn samples in terms of yield.

The grain of the variety contains a high percentage of protein. Due to the composition of protein fractions, which differs from modern common wheat, the product is suitable for making non-fermented products such as pastries, cookies, and pizza bases. However, the variety contains gluten and is not intended for individuals with celiac disease.

The variety is recommended for use in organic farming systems and extensive cultivation.
