Mizancho is a wine grape variety of the species Vitis vinifera L., originating from the Toledo region. It belongs to the category of "forgotten" or "minority" varieties that are being recovered by enthusiasts for wine production.

The organoleptic properties of wines from this variety are described as oily, with characteristic notes of white fruits and a chalky aftertaste. In experimental plantings, the variety is grown on trellises with double training, and its response to irrigation in changing climate conditions is being studied.
