The Pamina variety was obtained by crossing the parent forms Merzling and Gm 7743-12. It is intended for wine production, the organoleptic characteristics of which are close to Riesling and are distinguished by good acid structure.
The plant belongs to the group of varieties with high resistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew, which contributes to a reduction in the need for chemical treatment. Externally, the variety is characterized by loose bunches and berries with thick skin.
