Koiniariko is a rare wine grape variety, cultivated predominantly in the Greek region of Serres. Wines produced from this variety possess an intense ruby color and aromas of dark forest berries, characterized by a high concentration of phenolic compounds and good structure.

The variety has a very late ripening period. The vines possess moderate to high growth vigor and high bud fertility. Clusters are of medium size, berries are of medium to large size, black-colored.

The variety is indigenous to Greece, also known by the synonyms Koniaros and Serapi. Specialized data on resistance to major fungal diseases are not presented in the sources.
