The variety has a medium-vigor vine. Leaves are medium-sized, rounded, three- or five-lobed, slightly dissected, with no pubescence on the underside. Clusters are medium-sized or small, cylindrical or cylindrical-conical in shape, often dense. Berries are medium-sized, rounded, with thin, yellow-golden skin and juicy flesh.

The variety belongs to late ripening groups. It is characterized by sensitivity to grey mold and good adaptation to calcareous and rocky soils in hilly terrain. Yield is stable but not excessive. The wines produced are distinguished by high acidity, freshness, and aromatics with notes of apple, pear, citrus, and flowers.
