The variety is a hybrid obtained by crossing the Kopchak and Alicante Henri Bouschet varieties. The cluster is medium-sized, conical in shape. The berries are medium, round, black in color, with intensely colored juice, as the variety belongs to the teinturier group. The flower is hermaphroditic.

The leaf is smooth, almost entire, with sharp teeth and drooping edges. The variety is high-yielding, however, it has low frost resistance, so it is promising for cultivation in southern regions. It is used as a parent component in the breeding of other grape varieties.
