The variety is a hybrid of Seyval blanc and Zäringer. The plant is characterized by vigorous vine growth and good wood maturation. The flower is hermaphroditic. The leaves are medium-sized, pentagonal, with pronounced pubescence on the underside.
The clusters are medium-sized, cylindro-conical in shape, loose or medium-density. The berries are medium, round, gray-pink in color with thick skin. The variety belongs to the mid-season maturity group. Frost resistance is approximately –23°C.
The sugar content of the berries reaches 21–23% with high acidity. The variety is used to create dry, dessert, and sparkling wines, the aromatics of which vary depending on the harvest dates.
