Tsapourno (Tsapourno N) is an indigenous grape variety historically cultivated in the region of the Paiko mountain range in Greece. The variety is included in the official registers of grape varieties approved for use in the European Union and Greece.
The variety is intended for winemaking and is used for the creation of table wines of local significance, often outside of protected geographical indication systems. Detailed morphological characteristics and agrotechnical indicators of the variety are absent in open publications; scientific interest is focused on the genetic identification and history of the variety.
