The variety is vigorous. Leaves are rounded, slightly dissected, with small sharp teeth and a predominantly closed petiole sinus. Clusters are cylindro-conical in shape, of moderate density, weighing 150–300 g. Berries are dark blue with a waxy bloom, rounded, medium or small in size, with a firm skin rich in tannins.

Technical maturity of the berries occurs in early September. The variety has increased winter hardiness (down to –20...–25 °C) and normal shoot ripening. Resistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew is moderate; in unfavorable seasons, infection with grey mold is possible.
