Variety description

The vines are characterized as medium-vigorous with hermaphroditic flowers. The leaves are medium or large, three- or five-lobed, with slight cobwebby pubescence on the underside. Bunches are medium, conical, often winged, dense or medium-dense. Berries are medium, round, white, and covered with a thick and firm skin.

The variety is of mid-season maturity, characterized by good shoot maturation and high drought tolerance, while resistance to fungal diseases is estimated as medium. The yield is approximately 90–110 c/ha.

An industrial variety used for the production of cognac and Armagnac base wines, as well as white table wines and balsamic vinegar. The wines are characterized by high acidity, notes of citrus, green apple, herbal and mineral nuances.
