The variety is a local variation of Trebbiano di Soave. The clusters are dense, consisting of medium-sized berries with thick skins. The variety adapts to clay soils and ripens in early October, which allows the berries to accumulate a complex aromatic profile while maintaining acidity levels.
The grapes are used exclusively for winemaking, including the production of dry, sparkling, and late-harvest sweet wines. The wines are characterized by aging potential, structure, and aromas of citrus, white flowers, peach, almond, and herbaceous notes.
