The roots have a flat-round or flat shape, strongly flattened on both sides. The skin and flesh are dark red with a purple hue, without distinct light rings. The root weight ranges from 200 to 520 g. The plant forms an upright leaf rosette about 45 cm tall; the root is submerged in the soil to approximately half its height.
The period from emergence to technical maturity is 65 to 120 days. The variety is adapted to various soil types, including heavy soils. The produce has good keeping quality; the average yield is 4–8.5 kg/m².
