The growing period from germination to technical maturity is from 100 to 110 days. The root vegetables have a round or slightly flattened shape with a smooth surface. The flesh is intensely dark red, juicy, with high sugar content and almost imperceptible rings. The average mass of the root vegetable varies from 220 to 500 g.
The variety is adapted to the climatic conditions of Central Europe and is suitable for both private gardening and commercial production. Due to good keeping quality indicators, the root vegetables are suitable for long-term winter storage, as well as for fresh consumption and various types of culinary processing.
