The variety belongs to the curly kale group. Morphologically characterized by the presence of long central stems and distinctly curled or wavy leaves of dark green color.

In comparative studies of biochemical composition, it was found that this variety surpasses the Winterbor variety in the level of vitamin C and glucosinolates, but is inferior to it in the content of phenolic compounds, carotenoids, and total antioxidant activity.
