The variety is an upright plant that, as it grows, takes on the appearance of a small palm 60 to 90 cm tall, sometimes reaching 1.5–2 meters. The leaves have a narrow lanceolate shape, a pronounced bumpy texture, and an intense dark bluish-green color.
It belongs to early-maturing varieties with a maturation period of 53 to 65 days from seedling transplanting. The plant is capable of withstanding frosts down to –15…–20°C, and exposure to low temperatures improves the taste of the leaves by reducing their bitterness. The yield is 4.0–7.0 kg/m².
