The fruits of the variety reach about 10 cm in length and 4 cm in width, changing color from green to red during the ripening process. A characteristic feature is the presence of corking texture on the skin surface. The plant is distinguished by vigorous growth and a wide crown, similar in shape to an elm.
The variety is early-maturing with a growing season of 72 to 77 days. The pungency of the fruits varies in the range of 1,000–5,000 Scoville heat units; the taste is described as sweet and juicy. Hybrid versions of the variety demonstrate high resistance to bacterial spot and fruit cracking.
