Variety description

The tree of this variety is vigorous and enters bearing early, reaching a height of 2–3 meters. Thorns may be found on the most vigorous branches. The variety is characterized by late ripening periods: harvesting can continue from late winter to the summer months, maturing 3–6 weeks later than the Lane Late variety.

The fruits are round or slightly oval in shape, weighing 200–270 g with an inconspicuous navel. The bright orange pulp is distinguished by high juiciness and a balanced content of sugars and acids. The variety shows a low tendency for pulp granulation and minimal summer regreening, as well as resistance to fruit drop.

The fruits have high rind strength and are suitable for fresh market sales. The low limonin content in the juice prevents the development of bitterness during storage, which also allows the harvest to be used for industrial juice production.
