The plant forms a large shrub or tree up to 7 meters in height. The variety begins vegetation and blooms at relatively late dates; fruits ripen by mid-September.
Nuts have an oblong shape and medium to large size, reaching 25 mm in length. The shell is thin and soft, which facilitates processing, with a kernel yield of about 53%. The fruits separate from the husk at 70–80%.
The variety is high-yielding and is used in confectionery production due to the quality of the kernels, as well as a pollinator for other hazelnut varieties.
