Vigorously growing shrub 3–5 meters in height with a spreading but compact crown. Foliage is green in summer and turns yellow-orange in autumn. The plant possesses winter hardiness and is adapted to various growing conditions.
The variety belongs to late maturity groups with harvest at the end of September. Nuts are medium-large, with a mass of 2.5–4 g, have an oblong shape and a thin light brown shell. Kernel yield is 50–54%.
The crop is early-bearing, entering fruiting in the 3–4 year. For maximum yield, cross-pollination is recommended. The variety is also valued in landscape design for the decorative appearance of catkins and autumn foliage color.
