The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, reaching a height of 3–5 meters and a width of 4–6 meters. The crown is sparse, spreading, often flat. Large decorative flowers of a white or pale pink shade bloom in May–June.
The fruits are pear-shaped, often angular, covered with golden-yellow skin with a tomentose coating. The weight of the fruits is 200–300 g, individual specimens reach 1 kg. The flesh is yellowish, aromatic, with a sweet-and-sour taste, softer and juicier compared to apple-shaped varieties.
The variety is late-maturing; harvesting begins in October. The tree is frost-resistant and resistant to diseases. The fruits are primarily used for industrial processing: making jelly, jams, marmalade, and beverages. The variety is considered self-pollinating, but the presence of a pollinator increases yield.
