The Selena tree reaches a height of 2.2–2.5 m and has a broadly oval crown of moderate density. Fruits ripen in mid-October, with an average weight of 200–300 g. The rounded fruits are covered with velvety bright yellow skin and contain firm, light-cream, aromatic flesh with a sweet-and-sour taste.

The variety is high-yielding: 50–55 kg of fruit are harvested from a single mature tree aged 10–12 years. They are characterized by good keeping quality, retaining consumer properties for up to 90–100 days. The variety is self-fertile, resistant to subcutaneous spotting, and suitable for both fresh consumption and processing.
