The fruits of the variety have a rounded apple-like shape, a smooth surface, and reach an average weight of about 300 g. The flesh is firm, juicy, and has a distinct aroma. The tree is medium-sized with a rounded crown and is characterized by late flowering at the end of May, which protects it from spring frosts.

The variety is late-maturing; the harvest is carried out in October. The plant possesses good winter hardiness and resistance to diseases. It is self-fertile, although the variety Vranja can be used as a pollinator to increase yield.

Due to the high pectin content, the fruits of this variety are in demand for processing into jams, marmalades, jellies, and liqueurs. They are considered unsuitable for fresh consumption due to their firmness; however, with proper ripening and storage, the flavor qualities are highly rated.
