The variety belongs to the Festuca-type group and is phenotypically closer to fescue. The plant has a deep root system, high yield, and intensive regrowth in the spring period. It is characterized by the formation of a strong sod and good leafiness.

This hybrid is distinguished by high drought tolerance and the ability to withstand short-term flooding. The variety possesses excellent resistance to rust and snow mold, which allows it to be used for the creation of long-term forage lands.
