The variety is an intergeneric hybrid obtained by the introgression method. The genetic base consists of diploid perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne) and meadow fescue (Festuca pratensis).
The variety is intended for rotational or strip grazing systems. It is capable of growing at lower temperatures, providing up to 3 weeks of additional growth in the spring and autumn, and regrows quickly after grazing.
The plant forms a dense sward with fine leaves, resistant to trampling and animal damage. The variety combines the growth rates of ryegrass with the hardiness of fescue.
