The variety is a product of breeding based on a cross between Hallertauer Magnum and an experimental specimen. The plant possesses good resistance to Verticillium wilt and powdery mildew, as well as tolerance to downy mildew, while it can be susceptible to aphids. Cones are medium-sized with moderate density; the variety is suitable for mechanical harvesting, with yields ranging from 1760–2200 kg/ha.

The chemical composition is characterized by an alpha-acid content of 10.0–16.2% and beta-acids of 3.5–7.3%. The share of cohumulone is 16–22% of alpha-acids, which provides a mild bitterness. The total essential oil content is 1.4–3.0 ml/100 g; the aromatic profile includes myrcene and humulene with notes of mint, pineapple, and earthy and herbal undertones.
