The variety is a descendant of the Hallertauer Taurus variety and a powdery mildew-resistant line. It belongs to the medium maturity group with a recommended harvest period in mid-September. The crop is characterized as high-yielding, with yield indicators ranging from 2300–2700 kg/ha, reaching up to 3000 kg/ha.
The plant possesses resistance or tolerance to powdery mildew and downy mildew, as well as Verticillium wilt. In brewing, it is used to impart intense bitterness; the alpha-acid content ranges from 12% to 17% (sometimes up to 20%).
The aroma profile includes spicy and floral notes, shades of melon, citrus, pine, black pepper, and herbaceous nuances resembling tomato leaves. The variety is distinguished by good storage stability.
