Variety description

The variety is a hybrid obtained from crossing lines 82/39/37 and 85/54/15M. It possesses a high potential yield in the range of 1600–2000 kg/ha. Morphologically, the variety is distinguished by small, compact cones, which simplifies mechanical harvesting and drying processes.

The plant exhibits resistance to verticillium wilt and tolerance to downy mildew, while being susceptible to aphids and powdery mildew. The alpha-acid content is 12.0–18.0%, beta-acid is 4.0–6.0%, and cohumulone is 20–25%. The variety features one of the highest levels of xanthohumol content (approximately 0.9–1.0%).

The aromatic profile of the variety includes spicy, peppery, and woody notes, as well as hints of curry, banana, chocolate, lemon, and currant. The hop is used to provide bitterness in the production of various beer styles, including lagers, stouts, porters, and ales.
