The Jazz variety is the result of a Czech breeding program aimed at adapting the plant to modern low-growing structures. Its cultivation allows for the optimization of agronomic practices and simplifies the raw material harvesting process.
The alpha-acid content in the Jazz variety ranges from 2.5 to 3.5%. The proportion of beta-acids is 1.0–1.5%, and the cohumulone content is in the range of 0.9–1.3%.
