The variety is a hybrid of Saaz hops and the Northern Brewer variety. It possesses high yield stability, with figures reaching 2200–2400 kg/ha. It belongs to the category of mid-late varieties.

The plant is resistant to downy mildew, shows low susceptibility to powdery mildew, and average resistance to verticillium wilt. The alpha-acid content varies in the range from 4.5% to 9%.

The aromatic profile of the variety combines classic herbal and spicy notes with fruity shades of grapefruit, peach, passion fruit, and melon. High humulene content contributes to the formation of a mild bitterness.

The hops are used primarily in brewing for the production of lagers and pilsners. They are applied both for wort boiling and for dry hopping, supplementing classic Saaz hops.
