Variety description

The variety is the result of crossing two breeding lines and was created as a sustainable alternative to classic "noble" varieties. The plant has good resistance to major diseases, including powdery mildew and downy mildew, and demonstrates moderate yield in the range of 1600–1900 kg/ha.

The chemical composition is characterized by an alpha-acid content of 2.0–5.0% and beta-acids of 4.0–7.0%. A low cohumulone level (11–17% of alpha-acids) ensures purity and mildness of taste. Total essential oil content is 0.8–1.4 ml/100 g, with myrcene and humulene predominating.

Used primarily as an aromatic variety for lagers, pilsners, wheat beer, and ales. It is ideal for late hopping and dry hopping procedures, imparting shades of mandarin, lemon, flowers, herbs, spices, berries, and black tea to the finished product.
