Variety description

The variety is bitter-aromatic and suitable for late and dry hopping of lagers, pale ales, and IPAs. An early variety with narrow oval cones approximately 25 mm long and an average weight of 100 dry cones of about 16 g. It possesses good agronomic properties and high resistance to downy mildew, with low resistance to powdery mildew and Verticillium wilt.
The alpha-acid content is 8–15%, beta-acids 3.2–4.6%, cohumulone 31–37% of alpha-acids. The total oil content is in the range of 3.0–4.0 ml/100 g. The aromatic profile includes notes of pineapple, plum, banana, caramel, blackcurrant, raspberry, citrus, as well as spicy and floral nuances.
