The plant is an evergreen tree of medium to large size with high vigor, which requires regular pruning when used as a rootstock. The variety is characterized by high productivity and early onset of fruiting.

The fruits have a good taste, are easy to peel, and contain a high amount of sugars. The variety exhibits high resistance to citrus tristeza virus, Phytophthora, and nematodes, and also possesses tolerance to saline soils, calcareous soils, and temporary waterlogging.
