The plant is evergreen, medium-sized, with a dense crown and thorny shoots. It possesses vigorous growth and a developed root system. Seedlings are characterized by high uniformity due to polyembryony, reaching 85–95%. The fruits of the hybrid itself are sour and have no nutritional value.

This hybrid exhibits high tolerance to citrus tristeza virus, Phytophthora, exocortis, xyloporosis, and citrus nematode. It is characterized by good frost resistance, resistance to root asphyxia, and moderate tolerance to soil salinity, but is sensitive to high lime content, which causes chlorosis.

Trees grafted onto this rootstock are characterized by high productivity and fruit quality, although a delay in their ripening is sometimes observed.
