MYROBALAN_B is a clonal rootstock of the Prunus cerasifera species. It is used for vegetative propagation of rootstock for plums, and sometimes for other stone fruit crops.

Trees on this rootstock are characterized by vigorous growth. The rootstock is well adapted to different soil types, including less fertile ones. The plant has good compatibility with a number of plum varieties, but sometimes shows signs of incompatibility with certain varieties, for example, Reine Claude Verte.

The rootstock has a tendency to delay fruit ripening. This variety is propagated mainly by cuttings.
