Variety description

The variety belongs to the group of hydrangeas with globose 'mophead' type inflorescences. The inflorescences consist predominantly of sterile flowers.

The plant is capable of changing the color of its inflorescences depending on the soil pH level: on acidic soils, the flowers acquire a blue hue. The variety is sensitive to acidity levels; chlorosis is possible on alkaline soils.

The variety is not frost-hardy and requires mandatory winter protection in the conditions of the middle zone. Used in ornamental gardening as a solitary plant, for group plantings, or for decorating patios and terraces.
