Low-growing shrub 50–80 cm in height and approximately 90–95 cm in width. Broadly conical inflorescences form at the tips of annual shoots and consist of sterile and fertile flowers. Flowering is abundant, lasting from July to October.
During the flowering process, the color of the inflorescences changes sequentially from lime upon opening to pure white, then pink, acquiring a brick-red or dark red hue by September. Shoots are strong and resistant to lodging.
The plant is winter-hardy, withstanding temperatures down to -25°C...-30°C. Prefers sunny locations or partial shade, as well as fresh, humus-rich, moist soils with an acidic or slightly acidic reaction. Universal for small gardens, flower beds, and container cultivation.
