The variety is culinary and intended for preparing purée, sauces, and baked goods. Its fruits have large sizes and a round or flattened shape. The skin color varies from pea-green to golden-yellow, sometimes with a slight raspberry blush. The skin is greasy to the touch. The flesh is white, very juicy, tender, with a pronounced acidic taste.

The trees are vigorous with an upright crown and spreading branches, bearing fruit on spurs. The variety is characterized by high yield and precocity. The ripening period occurs in September; however, the keeping quality of the fruits is low, as they store until November. The variety possesses good resistance to scab.
