The tree forms a wide, rounded crown with upward-sloping scaffold branches, reaching 4 meters in height. The fruits are medium to large in size, with an average weight of about 105 g. The smooth skin becomes greasy upon ripening; the ground color is green-yellow with red-brown streaking. The cream-yellow flesh is firm and juicy.

The variety is classified as autumn or late-autumn; fruit harvest maturity occurs in October, and consumption maturity lasts from December to March. The plant is characterized by high resistance to scab and low susceptibility to powdery mildew, but is susceptible to fire blight. There is a mutant of the variety called Roba, which is distinguished by a more intense red fruit color.
