The variety is a bud mutation of the Jonagold variety. The tree is medium-sized, with a wide, dense crown. Harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in mid-to-late September.

Fruits are large, weighing 170–260 g, round-conical in shape. The skin is firm, sometimes with a waxy bloom. The flesh is tender, juicy, and possesses a dessert taste and aroma. The variety has high transportability and is suitable for long-term storage.

The plant is susceptible to scab and powdery mildew, which requires preventive measures. The variety is characterized by high yield and is used in both commercial and amateur gardening.
