The variety is a clone of Jonagold, having inherited the main characteristics of the parent variety. The fruits are above-average to large in size, rounded in shape, with yellow firm flesh and a harmonious sweet-and-sour taste. Harvesting maturity occurs at the end of September; the fruits can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 6–7 months.

The trees are characterized by strong or medium growth, reaching a height of 3–4.5 meters. The level of winter hardiness and resistance to scab is assessed as medium; resistance to powdery mildew is low. The variety is triploid, therefore sterile and requires cross-pollination by other apple varieties.
