Variety description

The tree grows weakly or moderately, reaching a height of about 5 meters, and forms a dense, bushy crown. The fruits are medium to large, cubic-conical, often of irregular ribbed shape. The thin skin is light green in color, almost completely covered with a dark red or beetroot-colored blush.

The white or silvery-white flesh with a greenish tint has a sweet and sour taste. The variety is characterized by good winter hardiness and resistance to major diseases. The tree is long-lived and comes into bearing early, but is prone to alternate bearing, so fruit thinning is recommended. The variety is self-sterile and requires pollinators.
