The tree is of medium height with a spherical dense crown and drooping branches. The variety shows good frost resistance and adaptability to cultivation in cool regions, beginning to bear fruit medium-early with regular yields.

The fruits are of medium or large size, having a high-pitcher or rounded-conical shape with pronounced ribbing. The smooth thin skin of yellow color is covered with an intense dark red blush. The flesh is white, sometimes with a pinkish tint under the skin, soft, and of sweet and sour taste.
