The variety is late, flowering also occurs at late dates, and fruit ripening falls on the third ten-day period of September. The variety is characterized by high productivity and low to medium susceptibility to fungal diseases.

The fruits belong to the category of acid-bitter apples. Quality indicators include total acidity of about 6.08 g/l expressed as sulfuric acid and a total phenol content of about 1.79 g/l expressed as tannin, which provides the necessary balance for cider production.
