The fruits are large, round-flat in shape. At harvest, they have a golden-yellow color, often with an intense red blush on the sunny side. During storage, a characteristic waxy coating forms on the skin. The fruit flesh has a pronounced acidity, which decreases during storage.
The variety matures in mid-October. Trees of the traditional type when grafted onto seedlings can reach 10 meters in height. The plant is characterized by low susceptibility to scab. The variety is an object of cultural heritage, recommended for cultivation in home and traditional meadow orchards.
