A winter ripening variety, presumably originating from the Schleswig-Holstein region. The trees are characterized by vigorous growth and high resistance to diseases, particularly Marssonina blotch, but enter the fruiting stage relatively late.
The fruits have an almost cylindrical or pointed-conical shape. The smooth skin turns purple-red upon ripening with a light bluish bloom. The flesh is firm, fine-grained, and moderately juicy.
Harvesting is carried out in October. The fruits are suitable for long-term storage until January and are not prone to shriveling.
